Functional Teams
Seven functions carry a project from the first conversation through commercial production.
Business Development & Project Intake
Receives new inquiries, gathers product and volume requirements, and coordinates the feasibility review with development and operations.
Research & Development
Creates and refines formulations, prepares samples, evaluates product characteristics, and prepares the formula for commercial scale-up.
Sourcing & Procurement
Identifies and qualifies raw materials and packaging components, then manages lead times and purchase coordination for each project.
Manufacturing Operations
Executes approved batch instructions, monitors in-process checkpoints, and maintains the records that support traceability.
Filling & Packaging
Handles filling, capping, sealing, labeling, coding, cartoning, and case packing according to the approved specification.
Quality & Documentation
Reviews procedures, batch records, testing information, and finished-product requirements before a product is released.
Supply Chain & Planning
Coordinates production scheduling, inventory expectations, reorder timing, and shipment planning as volumes grow.

Every project is assigned a coordinated point of contact who works across development, production, and quality. Instead of repeating your requirements to separate departments, you receive consolidated updates as the project moves through feasibility, formulation, sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and release.
